Customer care

The general terms and conditions of the online store are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB1), with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-business.

 
Prices and actual Information

All product prices on our website contain difference taxation on used products and 22%VAT on new products. Prices are indicated in Euros (EUR). Prices on the website cycling-kingdom.com are valid at the time of the award of the contract and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices are valid only for the purchase via info@cycling-kingdom.com. The price specified for each item is the final selling price of the item at the time of purchase confirmation and can not be changed after the order confirmation.

 

The crossed out prices are the recommended selling prices of the manufacturer or distributor and can as well be created by the provider himself.

 

The provider seeks to take care of the up-to-date and accurate information provided on the web. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase or offer him a solution in mutual satisfaction. The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the tenderer confirms the order. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

 

The provider does not commit to the accuracy or completeness of the data on the web store's pages.

The photo and the actual appearance of the item may vary.

 

Ordering

Orders via E-mail: info@cycling-kingdom.com must necessarily include:

Name and surname

Address; street, postal code, place, country

Contact telephone number

E-mail address

Product name and other necessary specifications

 

We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss all future operations (shipping, sizes, components, setup, payments, warranty).

 

After confirming the order, the customer receives a notice by E-mail that includes a proforma invoice.

In case you want to cancel the order, please inform us within 3 hours after the confirmation of the order by E-mail: info@cycling-kingdom.com.

 

Refusal of an order

Online store cycling-kingdom.com reserves the right to refuse an order that cannot be performed under the specified conditions and the information it has at its disposal. If the buyer already paid the pro forma invoice, in this case, the purchase price, including delivery charges, will be repaid back on the next business day.

 

Absolutely safe purchase, the right to withdraw from the purchase and return of goods.

 

We provide you with a 14-day return window for purchased goods.

 

In accordance with the provisions of the article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZvPot), the consumer has the right to notify the company within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of the goods that he/she resigns from the contract, namely by contacting us via the E-mail: info@cycling-kingdom.com, without having to specify the reason for their decision.

 

The message is deemed timely if it is submitted within 14 days in writing or by E-mail.

 

The return of the returned goods to the seat of cycling-kingdom must be submitted 14 days after the written notification. Costs arising from the cancellation of the contract are charged to the buyer. Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all attached documentation. The seller is not obliged to accept shipments with ransom or shipments that do not correspond to the Terms and Conditions of the Operator.

 

The money refund is guaranteed upon receiving all returned goods in accordance with the law in unused and undamaged form as well as in the unchanged quantity and in the original packaging (if possible as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after receiving the goods). When returning goods, please do provide us with an invoice for goods and personal data with a transaction account for your money refund.

 

If the customer received any gifts, they have to be returned with the returning package.

If the customer received free shipping, bike fitting delivery service, or free accommodation with bike setup, the costs will be charged to the buyer at regular price.

 

Product change

If you find that your unused product does not fit, we can easily replace it with a product of the same value. In this case, you will be charged only the shipping costs. In this case, the product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original package.

 

If the customer received any gifts, they have to be returned with the returning package.

If the customer received free shipping, bike fitting delivery service, or free accommodation with bike setup, the costs will be charged to the buyer at regular price.

 

Complaints

In case of a refund of goods due to a complaint, the complaint must be sent to the tenderer (via E-mail address). If the claim is justified, the buyer has the right to choose another product from the offer, credit request, or refund request.

 

Where a complaint claim cannot be settled immediately due to a defect of the product, the customer shall draw up a reclamation report and send the goods to tenderer for analysis that confirms or rejects the grounds for the claim. If the customer received any gifts, they have to be returned with the returning package. The costs of the analysis are worn by the tenderer only if the claim is justified, otherwise, the customer will have to settle the costs himself.

 

Shipments with ransom will not be accepted.

If the item could not be repaired in 45 days, you can demand an item exchange or money refund.

 

If the buyer finds that the item or package is physically damaged when it receives the item, there is no content or it shows signs of opening, it must initiate the complaint procedure with the delivery service. This is done by completing the Record of the damaged shipment before the package is accepted (the form is available at the Post office), but at the same time, please inform us via E-mail: info@cycling-kingdom.com.

 

If you receive a wrong product or product with an error, please E-mail us at: info@cycling-kingdom.com. We will replace the product or refund your money, including shipping costs.

 

Warranty on Used Products

We provide you with at least 31-day guarantee also on pre-owned bikes and components starting from the date of delivery.

If you find any reason to believe the product is not working correctly, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@cycling-kingdom.com. Our trained mechanics will make sure to properly address your concern. If any mechanical parts are faulty due to any other reason than a fair wear or tear, while using your bike during the guarantee period, we will take steps to repair or replace them free of costs. If the item could not be repaired in 45 days, you can demand an item exchange or money refund.

 

Please note that this guarantee does not cover general wear and tears of perishable items on the bike such as: tires, inner tubes, brakes and gear cables, brake pads, light bulbs, chain-rings, chains, cassettes, rims, batteries, etc. The warranty is also not valid if the item is inoperable because of: service in a none authorized repair shop, installing new parts or tuning, not following user manuals, physical damages, higher force ( lightning, flood, etc.)., natural wearing out and not appropriate use or load.

 

The seller is not obliged to accept shipments with ransom or shipments that do not correspond to the Terms and Conditions of the Operator.

 
Methods of payment

The payment in the online store cycling-kingdom.com can be carried out in the following ways:

 

Prepayment

The prepayment with all payment terms for the transfer is sent to the E-mail address of the buyer. The shipment is dispatched to the customer when the bidder receives payment of the pro forma invoice into his account. The validity period of the proforma invoice is 8 days from receipt via E-mail address.

 

The provider issues the invoice to the buyer for a permanent durable medium. The purchase contract (order) is stored electronically by the provider.

 

Cash

If we deliver our products personally, or you choose personal pick-up, the items can be paid with cash. An invoice will be printed on the spot.

 

The maximum amount to be paid in cash in accordance with Slovenian law is 4999€. You are obligated to take the invoice.

 

Delivery times

Delivery time for products in stock is normally 1-2 days or as indicated. If the delivery period is exceptionally long, we will notify you within 24 hours. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is extremely different and can last for minimum 4 days up to 20 days or, exceptionally, even longer. We import products from different countries, this is why delivery time may vary.

 

We suggest that you contact us via E-mail: info@cycling-kingdom.com when ordering products that are not in stock. We will be happy to inform you how long it takes to wait for the product you are looking for.

 
Delivery

Delivery of shipments is done from Monday to Friday. Orders confirmed on Friday after 12:00 will be shipped on Monday. If we cannot fully complete the order within 5 business days, we will inform you about the situation. Products that would not be sent due to the current order will be sent subsequently, so the product doesn't have to be ordered again.

 

Data protection

The personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, offers, accounts) and other necessary communication. In no case shall the user's information be handed over to unauthorized persons. Delivery service (by agreement this is Austrian Post) will only be entrusted to the user's address for delivery. The bidder steps in contact with the customer through means of distance communication only when the buyer does not explicitly object to this.

 

Once the registration is closed, the client allows the provider to collect and use his personal data. All the information that a visitor indicates when registering is intended only for the operation of the provider, who does not provide information for other purposes or to a third party. Data collected and processed by an online store shall only be disclosed in an exceptional case if such an obligation is specified in the law or in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state authorities and for the protection and enforcement of the legitimate interests of the online shops. We will not be held responsible for any "intrusion" into a computer system!

 

In order to protect personal data, the user is also responsible for ensuring the security of his username and password and the appropriate software (antivirus) protection of his or her computer.

The accuracy of the data entered by the user is not liable by the provider.
